The most recent of the brand’s popular S2 series of e-scooters, the Hiboy S2 SE electric scooter expands upon its predecessor’s designs while retaining its budget-friendly reputation. There’s a new Q235 steel frame here that houses the 350W Hall brushless DC motor and 36V 7.8Ah battery, carrying you for up to 17 miles at up to 19 MPH top speeds. It can even handle inclines up to 15 degrees, thanks to the motor peaking to 430W.
The tires have been upgraded to a 17% larger size for greater traction, while the solid front tire comes with puncture-resistance and the rear tire boasts improved shock absorption. It’s also had its fender widened by 26% to better prevent water from being tossed up at you, and the entire thing offers a 20% increased load-bearing capacity. Other features include a folding design, LED headlight/taillight, an e-brake/drum brake system that is pretty standard for scooters, and an integrated HD LED display.
